I brought this for my niece just turned two. Her mom and I only buy her winter clothing in her current size because by next season there a strong possibility that it won’t fit. She currently wearing 2T clothing. For this cut, I think if she was a little chubbier it wouldn’t be snug on her. My niece is also in the 80% percentile for her height and the arms fit just at length.
