I also love my Terra Fi 3s. I have hiked in all terrain and find that they are more rugged with more support than this “Lite” model. The Terra Fi Lite is more flexible with less arch support and is much lighter weight. Not all of that is bad. I am taking them on a trip to Italy and will see how they hold up.

This sandal is comfortable and has plenty of cushion in the sole. Each strap has a padded backing and is adjustable with velcro. I tried on over a dozen sandals and this one won the comfort/style test. It looks good with jeans, shorts, and skirts. I recommend highly.

I ordered the Hurricane XLT, the Terra Fi Lite and the Kayenta to compare, all size 6.5. I have a narrow foot so I wanted to see which fit best. The Hurricanes are definitely wider and thicker, plus some of the colors (like the green I ordered) have a white sole which is not practical at all. The Terra Fi’s are slimmer, have less of a border showing around the foot and the straps are much more cushioned. The Kayentas (purple) are cute and much more stylish with the thinner straps, but, like other reviewers noted, the straps across the toes aren’t adjustable and they are a little gappy with my narrow foot. Plus, the back strap is plastic and cheapens the look and probably would affect how well they will hold up. I’m keeping the Terra Fi’s because the profile is slimmer, the straps are more cushioned, they fit my narrow foot better, love the zipper green and they are super comfortable!

This is my first pair. The minute I put them on and took a few steps, I knew that I would be buying more in a different color. Everything about these shoes addresses all the needs of my 74 year old body. I am an avid walker and these shoes fit that bill perfect! I feel very stylish in them. I also love Zappos!

Great shoes! I ordered one pair and then got two more. I have various foot problems which require orthotics. These shoes allow me to get good arch and heel support without the orthotics. Also, they’re great for getting a pedicure!

I love Teva sandals, but these ones have really thin straps that aren’t long enough, even though my feet are quite narrow, to tighten without having a lot of velcro showing. I’m afraid everything will stick to the velcro, so I sent them back.

I love these sandals! Just get them. They are flexible and extremely comfortable. I am used to hiking at the river and always worrying about slipping in my normal sandals. These shoes make me feel invincible. I have flat thin feet too and so most of the Chacos and other brands provide too much arch support and it’s uncomfortable for my foot. These have just the right arch. After I got them I wore them everywhere and I am now excited to wander the slopes of Peru and Ecuador in them. Just get them.

Finally had a chance to wear these shoes and wanted to leave a review to say how comfortable they are. If you are one of the people out there who find Chaco’s adorable but ill fitting for your foot, try Tevas. You will not be disappointed. Felt comfy right out of the box on my first walk.

I wanted to replace a well-worn pair of Teva sandals with a similar style. I ordered 3 pair, and the Terra Fi Lite fit the bill perfectly. I have narrow feet, 9A, and these sandals are adjustable all over for a great fit. They are also well-cushioned for comfortable walking even on city streets.

Received these in the mail on Thursday; hiked Yosemite’s Half Dome on Friday. Great traction! Coming down the mountain, folks were incredulous that these sandals got me to the top. Minimal blistering considering their break in was a grueling 20-mile hike. I wore them with Smart Wool socks to make the ultimate fashion statement and I’m glad I did; this probably contributed to the lack of blistering and kept me warm during the night hours. I could have used a half-size larger in hindsight, but the adjustable straps make this less critical of an issue. They could have been wider and I wish Teva offered a wide width. Minus one star for not considering the broad-footed hikers of the world. Overall solid choice for a last-minute hike!

This looks like a great shoe, though I have not yet tried it in the water, for which I got it.
But it’s comfortable and super elegant, which is surprising, and feels very secure on the foot.
But order a half-size smaller! I wear 9 in everything and had to send these back and get an 8.5 Fits like a glove.

This pair of Teva’s is nice looking but too light and has absolutely no arch support. Not a serious hiking/walking shoe.

I’m not sure what kind of feet the heel strap fits. It barely had a lap-over of a half-inch of the hook-and-loop. Definitely not something I could wear. I have found that Teva skimps on strap length in other styles, as well.

I bought these for light hikes and stomping around creeks and so far I absolutely love them. The many straps make getting the right fit a breeze and they are comfortable and supportive enough to keep my dogs happy.

I love wearing these near water and other outdoor activities. The terra fi lite are stable, supportive, streamline. Like other reviewers have stated the sole is not as rugged/durable looking as the previous Terra model but without that option this is the next best thing.
New O –
Little blistering the first wear, but after that they are well worth the spend for outdoor activities involving water and hiking.

These are the most comfortable water shoes I’ve owned. I’ve had water shoes from Eddie Bauer, LL Bean and others that were more expensive. I’m buying this shoe in another color also. Fit is spot on.

Very comfortable, reasonably priced, and pretty !

I wanted to replace my really old worn out Tevas These were perfect. The black print goes with everything I wear them with!
Pam T –
These sandals are terrific for walking on wet surfaces such as a pool deck. I wear them on the deck and in the water. They’re very comfortable and I feel safe.
Vacation L –
It met all my needs. First extremely comfortable to wear on vacation. I have significant issues with my feet, so this is key when looking for any shoes, sneakers or sandals. They also passed for dress sandals. Went on a cruise & used them for most, if not all activities. These will be great for summer that is not too casual. I own other TEVA sandals that are for my everyday use.

Right out of the box this sandal worked.
