Great for hot weather. However, it’s been very, very hot and you sweat – even your feet. This has caused the footpad to flatten faster than normal. A barrier between the cushion and the bottom of the foot might help. I get about 3 months out of the shoe before it has flattened. I am not huge, 107 lbs.

I bought a pair of these at the state fair when I was pregnant in 2007, they finally are at the point where I really need a new pair but refuse to buy any other kind since I love this type so much. So glad I found out the site and can buy another pair.

Wore my first pair all over Jamaica, St. Thomas, Bahamas, & Cancun. A more comfortable sandal doesn’t exist. Since then, I’ve bought two more black pair, and two others with colored straps. Ultra light, so great for packing.

So happy I found these! They are more substantial than rubber flip flops and fit more snugly. There is modest arch support–again, more substantial than a cheap flip flop. I’ve found that rubber flip flops are slippery and hard to wear when wet; these are are much better! They stay on without toe gripping and are not slippery when wet. Plus, they are super cute. My feet are narrow and they fit well. I think they might be too tight on a wide foot.

This is my go to footwear for late spring, summer and early fall inside and out.. So comfortable!
The only problem I have with it is what the straps get wet they take a long time to dry.

They are so comfortable. However I think they are sized a bit small bcs I usually wear a 7 and needed to order an 8 for this. I had ordered a 7 and needed to exchange.

I bought these because they were an amazing deal. I have narrow feet and the crisscross straps fit great. I’m a normal 8.5 but bought the 8. They just fit and if I buy again I’ll probably go up a size.

I initially bought a size 9 (black). I normally wear 9, sometimes sizing down to 8.5 depending on the shoe/company. However, when the size 9 Olowahus arrived, I could hardly fit my foot in. I sized up to a 10 (!) and they are perfect. They were immediately comfortable; I didn’t have to worry about a “break-in” period. I also love the style. Because the sandals are so strappy, you can dress them up to a certain extent the way you could not with a traditional flip flop. Very, very pleased. I’ll be purchasing more in the future.

I purchased these to replace an identical pair I have had for around 5 years. This style can dress an outfit up . Because the way the top criss crosses they just make outfits look better. I am in So Cal where slippers are used about 9 months out of the year and these are just great and comfy shoes… also these shoes cam within 2 days, possibly even a day and a half. That is fantastic!
I am normally an 8 and 8.5 but in Trbas I’m a 9 so I would size up at least 1/2 a size for length.
