I had a pair of these in the first generation and they lasted for years. The material was excellent and the shoe stayed comfortable for a long time. These latest versions of this style are cheapened. I have gone through four pairs in the time one lasted in the past, and I have not changed how I use these shoes. It is really too bad because these offer great ergonomics and style.

I was so excited when I got these sandals, but found that the straps were too small for my feet. Full disclosure, I have fuller feet as I am fat, so if you are straight size, these shoes are probably perfect. My review is mostly to inform fellow fats with larger feet. That being said, if Teva were to ever make this in a wider or taller size, I would absolutely buy them!

The ones I ordered (black on black) were supposed to come with a white “Teva” logo as advertised & they showed up with a yellow one. I ordered a size 10 & they fit more like an 8.5.

These are really cute but the thong that goes between your toes is really uncomfortable. The straps are pretty tight and seem like they would be very uncomfortable very quickly.

I really like the style of this sandal with the toe holder. However, the straps/material on top of the foot was extremely tight and very hard to get on. I worked with it, got it on and wore it around in my house for maybe 30minutes, but the tightness started to hurt my foot. Unfortunately I had to return them.

I’m a size 7.5 so I ordered a size 8 but they were tight and small.. They’re going back. But they’re so cute.

This was the perfect size 8 in my opinion but… the part that goes between your toes is too far forward in the shoe. So, for me at least, my toes slid forward and went over the front edge of the shoe. Not a good look! If you have short toes you are lucky, because this is a very cute flip flop.

Myself and four girlfriends swear by this sandal. It can be a dress or casual shoe. It is great for traveling. Every year we spend two weeks in Europe, walking at least 10 hrs a day. It is light, comfortable and I feel no fatigue. I also wear it on a daily basis at home.
I’m its biggest fan and would have given it a score of 5, however it does not do well on wet surfaces. I have had more than several sliding incidents where I was just able to catch myself from falling. If I am unexpectedly caught in the rain or on wet pavement, I have to walk very slowing concentrating on each step.
I certainly wish that you could make a sandal/ shoe with a non-skid sole. I also would like to see a solid white or beige sandal in this style.

I’ve been buying these sandals to wear around the house (laminate floors) for over 10 yrs. and have them multiple colors. The original “Mush” soles were the best! With time they conformed to your feet making them more comfortable. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. There has been a change in the material that the soles are made of (for recyclable purposes) which changed the durability of the soles. With the originals, it took a long time for the soles to compress and lose sponginess. The current environmentally friendly soles don’t last as long and compress much sooner. In fact, I still have two of my original pair and only use them sporadically to make them last longer. The new ones are still very comfortable and I love them, but alas I’ve been going through them quicker, which I guess is just what the company would like. They are so comfortable, that I will still continue to but them.

I have used these sandals for over 15 years and one pair typically lasts me about 2 years. The past two sets I have had lasted less than a year each before a strap broke. Pretty disappointing, as they are my favorite shoe. Still last around maybe 9 months but for the cost and waste I’d rather find something that would last longer.

The straps are not comfortable for me. I’m used to wearing thong sandals with a strap between my big and second toe, but somehow these are different. A good lesson to try on shoes in a person before buying them, even if they’re on sale from a brand I’ve used before.

I’ve been wearing this shoe at work for a very long time.(I think I’ve gone thru at least 6 pairs of this particular style over the past 12 years). Very comfortable and I’m on my feet all day. I wish they were still available in that blueish color. I just order 2 more pairs in black.
