I absolutely love these shoes. I was worried I’d feel unsteady in them because of the thickness of the sole, but it’s the exact opposite. I wore these all around Lake Placid right after buying them, and they were so comfortable !!!

I’ve worn Teva sandals for years, and these don’t disappoint. Favorite thing, the SOFT (but still sturdy) strap. The crochet strap is a dressier, current take on the original nylon strap. Comfortable fashion is my favorite way to go! I won’t be using these for the water, but for everyday, dressed up or down, these will be my go-to sandal this Spring and Summer. Love them!

I live in Tevas and was so excited to see the flatforms in crochet. They’re everything you expect – – quality, fit, support, style – – but be aware that the brown color is much lighter than pictured. Not a deal breaker for me, just disappointed. (Teva, please make a black version of these!)

I have previously found Teva’s to be very comfortable, so I had high hopes for these funky crocheted, platform lovelies. After wearing them a bunch this week I have a number of rubs forming on my big toe and on the inside of my ankles, which is a real bummer. If I use band-aids to cover these rubs, the shoes become solidly okay, and I’m hoping that proves to be a temporary measure. Beyond the rubs, I’m still getting used to the way my foot needs to grip the sole to walk in a platform shoe. In all candor, I don’t love that expenditure of conscious effort given that I’m a city-dweller whose primary mode of transit is her feet.

Very cute on. I was worried the crochet would make the straps not as strong, but they seem comparable to the normal strap. Classic Teva issue where any foot sweat makes you slide around, which is a little more precarious with the flatform but haven’t twisted my ankle yet
