Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
